First, I want to leave you with a clear picture of how Casalina looks on a regular dinner night.

Covered patio regular set up


This setup reflects our standard evening service, with tables arranged for comfort, flow, and ambiance. It is the base layout from which we build every event, allowing you to understand the natural spacing, lighting, and overall feel of the room before any customization is added.












Key points to visualize the space


• Regular dinner night setup is the base layout for all events


• Semi private option available on either the left or right side of the restaurant (semi-private meaning you will share the space with other customers)


• Covered patio capacity up to 150 guests: With fewer guests, unused tables remain to keep the space open and comfortable


• Outdoor patio can be rented for an extra fee


• Full patio (covered +outside patio) buyout allows a private entrance


• Without a full buyout of the patio, guests arrive through the main restaurant entrance


• Tables available for 6, 8, or 10 guests


• U shaped table available for up to 46 guests See example


• Extra tables can be set up such as: Sweetheart table, gift table, desserts table and more.



Now let's talk about decor



• Candles are welcome but:

Taper candles are only permitted when placed inside a vase or holder

Open flames are not allowed

Faux taper candles are strongly recommended

Candles only if inside glass cylinders

These guidelines are in place to prevent accidents and protect tablecloths


 • All décor items brought in must be organized by your team and:


Our team may assist with simple items such as napkins and charger plates

More elaborate décor setup will be subject to an additional fee



• Standard linens include beige tablecloths, as shown in the photos, paired with bistro style napkins featuring a blue line


•White tablecloths and white napkins are available at an additional cost


• Want to bring your own tables? Outside round tables are allowed: a $5,900 fee applies to move all our existing restaurant tables


• We provide complimentary customized menus: Please click here to see some examples


• We have a wooden cart and one round table that seats up to 10 guests, these are often used for a gift table or mimosa station.

This birthday celebration was designed to feel elegant, warm, and effortless. Rather than a full buyout, the hosts chose to enjoy 60 percent of the patio, allowing the space to feel lively while still remaining intimate and dedicated to their guests.



The evening began with a one hour cocktail reception and live singing arranged by the family. Guests enjoyed light bites including fresh bruschetta and mini savory strudel, setting a relaxed and celebratory tone from the start.



Dinner followed with our Capri menu, featuring some favorites like New York steak and Alaskan salmon.




The family also brought live music, adding a warm and joyful atmosphere throughout the celebration.



The evening concluded with meaningful moments, shared memories, and a warm atmosphere that made this milestone celebration truly unforgettable.

The Edwards chose Casalina in Delray Beach to host their intimate wedding celebration, gathering close family and friends for a day that felt elegant, warm, and thoughtfully planned.


The couple arrived earlier in the day to take advantage of the space for their wedding photography, capturing quiet moments throughout the restaurant and patio before guests arrived




Inspired by a previous wedding hosted at Casalina, The Edwards incorporated design elements they admired and reimagined them to reflect their own vision. Drawing inspiration while adding personal touches allowed the celebration to feel familiar yet entirely their own.





The ceremony took place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, creating a seamless afternoon celebration that flowed naturally from the ceremony into dining and drinks with family and friends.



The Edwards chose a three hour open bar paired with our Sorrento Menu, served family style. This combination allowed guests to enjoy a relaxed flow throughout the evening while experiencing a curated selection of Casalina’s Italian favorites, perfectly suited for an intimate wedding celebration.



For the layout, The Edwards selected a U shaped table design with a sweetheart table, creating an intimate setting that kept the couple at the center while allowing guests to feel connected throughout the celebration




They also set up a dedicated table for photos and guest messages, adding a personal and meaningful touch to the celebration.

The wooden cart was used to display cakes and desserts, creating a charming focal point that complemented the overall design.





To close the celebration, every detail came together to create a warm and memorable wedding experience that felt intimate, thoughtful, and beautifully inspired. It was a joy to bring this vision to life at Casalina and to see how inspiration can be transformed into something truly personal.
